2.0 gain bloontonium?

Per a discussion in #wiki-discussion on the bpedia Discord, I got an email response from NK Savannah that she heard from the team that it was about (but not certainly) Version 2.0 that Reinflated was changed to now grant extra Bloontonium, as per a suspicion that I noted that a later version of BCS letted Reinflated generate Bloontonium.
