Specialty Buildings are a feature in Bloons TD 5 that provide special bonuses to a specific tower (along with a price increase to another tower) when enabled. They cost Monkey Money to build and upgrade, and have a total of 3Bloons TD 5 (Flash)
Bloons TD 5 Deluxe or 4Bloons TD 5 (multiplatform)
Bloons TD 5 (console) tiers. The first tier is always a cost decrease for the tower, followed by a stat boost (usually Attack speed), then the rest of the tiers are unique effects for the tower.

Specialty Buildings are first unlocked with an upfront 250 Monkey Money cost to purchase the land. The player can only use one specialty building at a time.
