Spike Factory's upgrades are unlocked in the Spike Production Building. Additional Special Buildings are required before the most powerful upgrades can be researched.
Tack Shooters and Spike Factories upgrades are unlocked in the Spike Production Building. Additional Special Buildings will be required before the most powerful upgrades can be researched.

The Spike Production Building is an Upgrade Building in Bloons Monkey City. It enables upgrades for Spike Factories and, in the Flash version, Tack Shooters to be researched. In the multiplatform version, the Tack Production Building enables upgrades for Tack Shooters instead.
