Add more strategization of him in human gameplay?
Striker Jones, despite appearing to be a defensive hero with his kit, is primarily run as a light tempo hero with MOABs and BFBs and disrupting the opponent with Economy Drain to prevent them from reacting. War Bonds and Banana Farm allows Jones to gather additional income in spite of the eco penalty from Economy Drain. Since War Bonds requires Military Monkeys to gain gold, cheap Military cards like Sniper Monkey, Shell Shock Mortar and Burny Stuff Mortar are essential for early game defense, alongside general anti-aggro cards such as Quick Break and Spike Storm! to hold off the early game.
Striker Jones is mainly geared for control decks that focus on Military Monkeys and/or Bomb Shooters. Until he reaches Ammo Stores, which forms the majority of his power, he is weak. Concussive Shell is very inefficient damage for the cost, and waiting for the opponent to send many Bloons for free Bloontonium is unreliable. In theory, he is powerful, but in practice he's too slow to reach max Bloontonium, yet still weak to OTK compared to Obyn Greenfoot, which is why most players consider him one of the least effective Heroes against human opponents. In almost all cases, don't spend Bloontonium at all, as only Ammo Stores is worth getting.

His early-game is weak, and is not suitable for aggro, and relies on cheap Snipers to counter early-game aggression. Midrange decks are okay with Striker Jones if focusing on controlling the opponent's Bloons until a Quick Ready wincon is open. For control decks, he can be stronger than passive Obyn Greenfoot decks, but the downtime of most Militaries and Bombs can be a deal-breaker.
He has the most variance out of any Hero due to not having a Pick card, but his kit is well suited for Rare Power teching specific win condition cards such as Quick Ready and Double Trouble, as many of the cheap Military cards he uses for War Bonds are not Rare. Striker Jones is usually not run as a control hero due to this lack of pick card and his inability to make combos in the late game outside of War Bonds gaining up to 10 gold. Other heroes, such as the Obyns or Zee Jay are better in control because of this.

However, one mode that Striker Jones stands out is Boss Battle. Against Dreadbloon, he consistently gains Bloontonium each round, and most importantly the bonus temporary ammo at max Bloontonium will almost always be useful each round. Simply survive early-game as normal, and his late-game benefits become very valuable for pure damage. He lacks healing or shields, but healing cards such as Clever Yellow Bloon and Jungle's Bounty Druid compensate this.
Striker Jones is also notable in Boss Battles. Use Weapon Enhancer Bloon to improve monkey damage on top of the improved ammo in order to make a consistent Dreadbloon killer.

Striker Jones' cards are important for his decks. Orders Received is an important card for all Military and/or Bomb decks, as is Artillery Command. War Bonds can help afford expensive Monkeys and combos if cheap Military Monkeys were placed prior.

Tips
Tips
*Try not to make games go late; Striker has nothing to survive against OTK and has no exclusive cards that assist long-term, unlike things like Obyn Greenfoot's shield-gaining cards (Wall Of Trees and Nature's Clarity).
*Striker Jones' passive Bloontonium gains from opponent can be ignored for most situations, but not if Striker Jones approaches his final ability.
*Don't rely entirely on piling up enough Bloontonium for Ammo Stores; it just makes you weak to aggressive players.
*If gaining not enough Bloontonium from your own Bloons is a problem, Ability Ban can be used to temporarily turn off his passive ability.
*Having a variety of Military Monkeys and Bomb Shooters is helpful with Striker Jones.
*Bloontonium generation is not reduced from Monkeys or Powers. Thus, Bloontonium-generating Monkeys can be a great addition to his deck.
