Strategy
Razor Rotors struggles to have sufficient group-popping for its cost, due to its low pierce. However, the Quad Dart attack still makes it sufficient for early-game usage and the rotor is still enough versus early Leads. Aside from transitioning to Apache Dartship, Razor Rotors is only necessary in Monkey Teams if other members have more inefficient Lead-popping or to pop Camo Leads with Enhanced IFR Instruments added. Many other lead-popping sources are cheaper and have better DPS or have utilities, and Razor Rotors heavily relies on MK to become at least somewhat usable against moderate-sized groups.

Razor Rotors is best set on Lock In Place if focusing on the rotor attack. Avoid Pursuit targeting, as it's actively detrimental to the point that it often chases and misses Leads.
