Cactus Jack is the twelfth level of Bloon Dunes in the Flash version of Bloons 2.
Solution
[edit | edit source]The player should use their single dart and have it aimed towards at least one Boomerang Bloon, and then keep on doing so while popping as many bloons found in the level as they can.
