Up is the ninth level of Frosty Fun in the Flash version of Bloons 2. This level introduces Reverse Gravity Bloons.
Solution
[edit | edit source]The player should pop the Reverse Gravity Bloon above them, then aim their dart to a bottom right direction and make its arc head towards any Tack Bloon, which would then pop the remaining bloons in the level.
