#All Skywardens with this upgrade, Galesage, or Farwind Seer apply a circling green mark to Bloons they deal damage to, which lasts for 2 seconds. If they damage a Bloon that already has a mark, it refreshes the duration and advances the combo. Their arrows also apply an effect to the first Bloon they deal damage to, causing them to take 10–20 units of blowback every 0.5 seconds while marked, which all their child Bloons inherit. MOAB-Class Bloons do not take blowback, but still count as the first Bloon hit.

Wind Weaver assists with pushing stray Bloons especially when in groups, though its pierce deficiency and reliance on the combo attack makes it still relatively weak compared to Druid of the Storm, which only has downtime issues. Its stats are still weak versus single targets relative to its cost.
Shatterpoint is usually better because it provides much-needed pierce and takes advantage of the straight-firing projectile, with Icebore only needed in freezing synergies. Thundering Arc can be useful to counter the maps with line of sight blockers, but can sometimes be a downgrade due to its shots converting to small blasts.
