:Temporary accounts can't create new pages (aside from talk pages). I don't see the point of this category, either, since you can just go to [[:Category:Content by year]] and click on the blue triangles next to [[:Category:2020]] through [[:Category:2026]] to see all of the event subcategories in one page.
