The uptime is not 100% on Tier 5's, so caution should be made to manage uptime on Tier 5's by selling and rebuying the buff if needed.

Specific to Farms, all T4 and T5 Farms benefit a lot from Overclock, except path 2, since the buff can't affect the Farm's activated abilities.
