MOAB Assassin is the Bomb Shooter's path 2 tier 4 upgrade in Bloons Monkey City. It unlocks an Activated Ability that launches a seeking missile projectile at the strongest Bloon on-screen, including non-MOAB-Class Bloons. The missile passes through Bloons that are not the target. It deals heavy damage to the target Bloon and spawns an explosion that deals 3 damage to up to 40 nearby Bloons. Its mechanics and cooldown depend on the version.
