Dynamic Targeting is the Mortar Monkey's path 3 tier 1 upgrade in Bloons TD Battles 2, replacing Increased Accuracy in 4.3. It unlocks two targeting priorities: Dense and Strong.
*Dense: Targets the densest cluster of Bloons.
*Strong: Same as standard Strong; targets the strongest bloon on screen, and if there are multiple strongest bloons of the same rank then target the first one.

This is not worth the cost compared to buying another Mortar, getting upgrades of the other paths, or just using Follow Touch/Mouse to manually re-locate targeting. The additional Dense and Strong targeting is inconsistent, and losing the capability to combine both bigger blasts and extra attack speed in exchange for micro-free targeting in an unreliable algorithm is poor use of cash. Not only that, but Burny Stuff, its next upgrade, does not appreciate from Dense or Strong and much prefers Lock In Place.
