The stun on surviving Bloons becomes more important going into later rounds.

Crosspathing is not necessary for Tsar Bomba due to lack of interaction with crosspathing on the ability, but 1-5-0 is usually preferred for a permanent tower. That being said, selling and rebuying is usually the go-to for this upgrade.
