Sprockets is an early game tower that has a steeper cost than [[Double Gun (BTD6)|Double Gun]] but trades it for higher DPS in its sentries. Like the rest of the top path, it's weak before placing all its sentries, and can do bad sentry placements due to RNG.

3-2-0 is better for building into [[Sentry Champion (BTD6)|Sentry Champion]], having better single-target damage. 3-0-2 is better for the early game, stopping groups of Bloons, and more effective at the role than 2-0-3 due to sentry pins.
