Template:BTD6 upgrade list by tower

Uses Cargo to generate a list of Bloons TD 6 upgrades of a specific tower, split into three subheadings for each path ordered by tier, plus an optional fourth heading for Paragons.

This template prefers inline formatting of parameters.
