Quickdraw is a cost-efficient speed crosspath for the Desperado if allowed to attack from far distances. Ideally, to maximize Quickdraw's speed buff, place Quickdraw in a position where none (or at least almost none) of its sight is in close range of its shots. Range buffs are helpful so that this speed buff begins sooner.
