The Twinkling Eye Potion is a Common power in Bloons Adventure Time TD. It slows all Bloons (including BADs) while they are within range of any tower for the next two rounds (counting the round it is used on as the first round). It slows Bloons by 30% plus 1% per 10 player ranks (for a maximum of 40% at rank 100). It has a 3-minute cooldown.
Due to a bug, activating this power after activating The Most Perfect Sandwich That Has Ever Existed causes it to become stuck in a permanently active state, but the effect still expires after two rounds, making it impossible to use again for the rest of the game.
