Solution
[edit | edit source]Throw a medium-charged dart towards the Light Sabre Bloon to clear a row of Breakable Blocks. Throw the next arrow at the exact same angle, but with slightly more power to hit the Spikey Ball Bloon, which will drop down and hit the Bomb Bloon below.
