The Big One is the Mortar Monkey's path 1 tier 4 upgrade in Bloons Monkey City. It increases the Mortar Monkey's damage from 2 to 5, reduces its attack cooldown from 2.1 seconds to 1.8 seconds (effectively increasing its attack speed by roughly 16.7%), increases its pierce from 40 to 100, and allows it to damage Black Bloons. In the multiplatform version, it does not increase its blast radius due to an oversight involving changes made to its parameters when Monkey Knowledge was added to the game. In the Flash version, it correctly increases its blast radius by roughly 53%.
