Phayze One is an Experiment Quest in Bloons TD 6, introduced in version 42.0. It takes place on Sulfur Springs Medium. After starting the first round, a unique version of Phayze will spawn, which cannot be killed, rather depleting the health bar completely will add a point to the player's score. The player must get 40 kills of Phayze to win. All towers with cash generation only gives 1/4 cash as normal and no end-of-round cash bonus. Losing all lives does not lose the quest, rather instead Phayze will jump forward a portion of the track while invincible, and then gameplay resumes as normal with another 150 lives.
