It is best to target it so that each explosion covers the largest portion possible of the track of each round. [[Striker Jones (BTD6)|Striker Jones]] is the best Hero for The Biggest One, thanks to his various buffs to Mortar Monkeys and granting of DDT-popping power to it. [[MOAB Eliminator (BTD6)|MOAB Eliminator]] is the optimal combo for The Biggest One, thanks to the former having high single-target damage and also pairing well with Striker Jones. Generally speaking, 5-0-2 is optimal on longer maps where the burn duration can be fully taken advantage of, but 5-2-0 is better on short maps thanks to its greater reliability and the greater importance of stuns when the track is short.
