Gizmos are Map features in Bloons TD 6 which grant the player an option to activate it, and usually cost cash. They are similar to removables, which cost money to permanently alter line-of-sight blockers or placeable areas on the map. Gizmos do not include map features which are activated without clicking a check-mark button, such as the crusher on Scrapyard. The cost of gizmos are affected by the Removable Cost Rate option in Challenge Editor, and therefore can be disabled entirely in challenges, but is not affected by game difficulty.

List of maps with gizmos

Polyphemus

The "eye" in the center of Polyphemus costs cash to open, and provides buffs to towers placed in it. It closes after every round number ending in a 5, requiring progressively more cash to be spent to open it.

Ancient Portal

Ancient Portal contains a "Realign Portal" gizmo which toggles which of the two portals Bloons are sent to. It is currently the only gizmo which is always free to activate.

Castle Revenge

Castle Revenge has a "Pressure Valve" near the end which costs cash to activate. When activated, it blows back nearby Bloons.

Dark Dungeons

Dark Dungeons has a statue which may be activated, summoning a spirit to pop Bloons around the map. The spirit may be upgraded with further cash investments.

Workshop

Workshop has two gizmos: One which enables track extensions to force Bloons to take a longer path, and one to slow down Bloons. Both gizmos start out free but increase in cost each time they are used.
