Careful Throw is the third level of day 10 and the 30th level overall in Bloons Festive Fun.
Solution
[edit | edit source]Pop the Boomerang Bloon then aim a fully powered throw where the point is near the white part of the third closest topmost bloon.
A harder but possible alternate solution is aiming a dart so that the arrow does not touch the bottom row of bloons, while the point is in the middle of the first closest topmost bloon, so that the dart bounces off the furthest normal bloon after its frozen, popping not just lots of normal bloons, but also Ice Bloons when bouncing off.
