The COBRA is an Epic ally in Bloons Adventure Time TD. It shoots at at nearby Bloons with a pistol, dealing 2 damage with each shot, and periodically spawns collectables that generate cash or restore lives. It can only hit one Bloon at a time, even with pierce buffs, and it cannot pop Lead Bloons, frozen Bloons, Camo Bloons, or Ghost Bloons.

Monkey Stim causes the COBRA to halve the cooldowns of all powers and Activated Abilities. This does not stack with multiple COBRAs. If a power or ability is still on cooldown when the COBRA is sold, its current cooldown time is doubled, effectively returning the cooldown to what it would have been without Monkey Stim in play.
