Bloons enter from the top-left, meander at the top, make 3 turns, and exit at the bottom-left. The trees, car, and cabin all block line-of-sight, with the trees in particular limiting the placeable space on this map. The car can be removed for $500. The pond in the upper-middle is divided by a bridge, and supports water strategies with its wide coverage. The Cabin is the 4th shortest Beginner map, only longer than [[End Of The Road]], [[Monkey Meadow (BTD6)|Monkey Meadow]], and [[Town Center]].

The Cabin is widely considered to be the most difficult Beginner map, thanks to its short & spread-out track, limited placeable space, and line-of-sight blockers. Due to the spread-out nature of this map's track, global-range towers pull ahead. Water-based strategies also work relatively well here, due to the pond's widespread coverage. With these tips in mind, The Cabin can generally be beaten using general guidelines that are found here.
