The Monkey Town Hall is an Upgrade Building in Bloons Monkey City. It enables upgrades for Monkey Villages to be researched. It is provided at the start of the game and is not shown in the buildings menu, making it impossible to view its description in-game. In the Flash version, it cannot be destroyed by Monkey v Monkey attacks.
