The Ninja Kiwi Archive supports logging into a Ninja Kiwi web account and purchasing and using [[NK Coin]]s. All [[achievement]]s and leaderboards still exist, though some of these no longer function due to their games' servers being shut down. The application does not support logging into a MochiGames account or purchasing or using [[MochiCoin]]s, nor does it support the [[Wheel of Fate]].

All games except ''[[Bloons Super Monkey 2 (Flash)|Bloons Super Monkey 2]]'' allow the user to resize the game window freely. Most games simply expand to fit the window, but ''[[Bloons Monkey City (Flash)|Bloons Monkey City]]'' expands the view of the player's city in the city mode and simply stays the same size in tower defense mode.
