It has the Tier 5 upgrade paths of “The Blazing Sun”, “The Golden Justice”, and “The Desert Phantom” with no currently released paragon, reflecting its redneck, country nature, more than ANY other monkey ever released before in the history of the Bloons Franchise. It is specifically based off of the stereotypes of people from Texas (like the developers using “howdy” and “y’all” in order to describe it), with many of the seeming similarities to 1800s cattle ranchers from that time period denied by Ninja Kiwi from New Zealand themselves, because the climate there is very dissimilar to that of the Southern United States itself, even though it has a “desert”<sup>[https://hikingnewzealand.com/trips/ultimate-north-island-adventure/photos/rangipo-desert-tongariro <nowiki>[2]</nowiki>]</sup>, which may also be the inspiration behind the map which released alongside it in [[Bloons TD 6 v49.0|Version 49.0]], [[Sunset Gulch]].
