Fast and Loose is an Advanced Power card in Bloons Card Storm, introduced in version 3.0. It allows the player to pick from three cards. If player picks a card that costs 3 Gold or less, or costs Bloontonium instead of Gold, Zee Jay gains 2 Rad Tokens. It can only be added to Zee Jay decks.

- Fast and Loose is generally more suitable for aggro, because picking a lower Gold cost card may also fund the strength of a new Rad Bloon, which could further exhaust the opponent of their resources. It could also be used in midrange as a typical Pick card and/or supplying tokens for Rad Enhancements.
- If an opponent's Zee Jay uses Fast and Loose, his selected card may give you some clues. If the Rad Token counter goes up, his card costs 3 Gold or less, or is a Bloontonium card.
