He freezes water around him and creates a cold aura that reduces the speed of Bloon in his radius, both traits being similar to [[Arctic Wind (BTD6)|Arctic Wind]]. His main attack consists of launching Ice Fragments to the Bloons, reducing their speed by half and freezing them, while also creating an explosion if it targets an already frozen Bloon.
