'''Card Packs''' are a method of unlocking [[card]]s in ''[[Bloons Card Storm]]'' introduced in {{BCS version|4.0}}. Each pack contains five cards: two Common, two Uncommon, and one Rare+ (80% Rare, 15% Super Rare, or 5% Ultra Rare). The player ~~will~~ always ~~obtain~~ a new card or new copy of a card for each rarity ~~until~~ the player has max copies of all cards of that rarity. Rare~~, Super Rare, and Ultra Rare~~ are treated as the same rarity for ~~the purposes of~~ duplicate protection; for example, if the player already has max copies of all Rare cards in the pack, ~~the~~ Rare+ ~~card~~ will always be a Super Rare or Ultra Rare after that point.
