Homeland Defense is the Monkey Village's path 2 tier 5 upgrade in Bloons TD Battles 2. It replaces its Call to Arms activated ability with the Homeland Defense ability, increasing attack speed and pierce of all towers by +100% for 17 seconds (instead of +50% for 8 seconds). Unlike other abilities, the cooldown does not reset if Homeland Defense is sold; it continues to cool down even if it's sold and re-bought. Selling the Homeland Defense while the ability is active will cancel the ability.
