Vortex (also known as "speedy boi"[1]), titled Deadly Master of Air, is a recurring Boss Bloon who debuted in the Flash version of Bloons Monkey City.
Gameplay
Vortex is the second Boss Bloon to debut in Bloons Monkey City. It slows the Attack speed nearby towers periodically around itself and increases in rate as skulls are reached.

Vortex is the second returning Boss Bloon to appear Bloons TD 6. It gains the ability to destroy nearby projectiles every few seconds, and on every skull it gains a shield to protect itself from damage, is knocked back, and stuns all nearby towers within a certain radius.

- The extra eyes that Vortex gains at higher tiers in Bloons TD 6 help it navigate the map.[2]
- It is afraid of slow cookers and being popped.[3]
- Its shockwaves have an electric potential of about 60,000 volts.[4]
- It jumps back upon reaching a skull in BTD6 because taking damage destroys its slipstream, so it has to move back to create a new one.[5]
