Overload

Overload is one of Corvus's Spellbook spells in Bloons TD 6. It is an instant ability that causes the spirit to create a large explosion, which deals high damage to any visible non-Purple Bloons and soaks through MOAB-Class Bloon layers. The spirit and all spells except Nourishment, Soul Barrier, and Recovery are disabled for 10 seconds after use.

Overload initially deals 700 damage with 200 pierce, over a 55-unit radius. At level 20, its damage increases to 1,400 and pierce increases to 500.

Overload is capable of dealing a lot of damage, especially during late-game to destroy weakened groups of blimps immediately. Set it to focus about the middle of where the blast should be, which maximizes pierce. Echo + Overload, by activating Echo followed by Mana generation, is a particularly effective use of the Overload spell. Avoid having active duration-based spells before Overload, though with Echo + Trample then the positions for the Overload explosions can be timed at favorable locations. The lost spirit shouldn't be too problematic if there's a lack of MOABs, DDTs, and Super Ceramics to outpace the spirit's re-appearance. While it remains great for a burst of damage on demand, Ancestral Might remains the best BAD damage out of Corvus' spells, and Overload should only be used to pop the insides.
