Condition is the Hype Boost Monkey's path 3 tier 1 upgrade in Bloons TD 6. It allows the High Intensity Hype Activated Ability's cooldown to loop after fully recharging and store up to three charges instead of one. This tower is supposed to have the ability for the player to spend 
100 Monkey Money to instantly add charges, but as of version 54.0, this effect is not enabled due a bug.
