Magic Monkeys Only

Magic Monkeys Only is a game mode in Bloons TD 6. In standard play, it is played on Hard difficulty. In singleplayer, it can only be played on a map after completing it on Hard Standard. In this game mode, only Heroes and Magic category towers may be used.

The ability to use a hero significantly reduces the difficulty of Magic Monkeys Only. Geraldo and Obyn are the best options, with the former having a versatile shop and the latter granting solid utility with Wall of Trees and buffs to Magic towers. Berserker Brew and Stronger Stimulant are also key to defeating Magic Monkeys Only, with their buffs to towers having few parallels in other towers. As with other game modes, strategic placement of towers so that they remain as or can be upgraded to useful tower s later on is crucial.

Abracadabmonkey requires 10 games to be won with only Magic towers but it is unrelated to the Magic Monkeys Only game mode, as it can be achieved in any game mode and does not allow the use of Heroes.
