So, up until now, I've described changes where a stat is lower than it used to be as "reduced" (e.g., "Attack cooldown reduced"), but I've noticed that some editors use the term "decreased" instead. This is so minor that I don't think it needs a proposal, but I would like to know which term people prefer so it can be standardized.
