Double Tap is the COBRA's path 2 tier 1 upgrade in the mobile version of Bloons TD Battles. It reduces the COBRA's attack cooldown from ~1.23 seconds to ~0.55 seconds, increasing its attack speed by ~122%, despite what its description states, being unaffected by the attack speed nerf to the base COBRA in version 4.6.
