First Strike Capability is the Monkey Sub's path 2 tier 4 upgrade in the multiplatform version of Bloons Monkey City. It unlocks an Activated Ability that sends out a First Strike missile from the sub that always targets strong. The missile spreads 6,000 damage on all targets it hits.

In Contested Territory, it is the main source of damage on water-heavy maps when paired with many Bloontonium Reactors to stack its cooldown reductions. First Strike is also the fastest way to kill ZOMGs on normal tiles.
