The Bloon Inflation And Deployment Factory is an MVM Building in the Flash version of Bloons Monkey City. It is required in order to send Monkey v Monkey attacks to other players, including revenge attacks. In the mobile version, the Bloon Inflation And Deployment Factory is replaced with the Bloon Inflation Factory, which combines the functionality of it, Bloontonium Generators, and Bloontonium Storage Tanks into one building.
