Jake is a character in Bloons Adventure Time TD. He is unlocked by completing Bloons! in the Grasslands.

4	Knife hand, slap, Mace Hand, Axe Foot, and Butt Push pierce increases by 1. Slap pierce stacks additively with Big Jake Slap.
5	Unlocks Be Calmed By My Saliva.
6	Range increases by 3 units. Stacks additively with Jake of All Trades. Has no effect on Be Calmed By My Saliva's range.
7	Unlocks Jake Suit.
8	Knife hand, slap, Mace Hand, Axe Foot, and Butt Push pierce increases by 1 (2 overall). Slap pierce stacks additively with Big Jake Slap.
9	Attack cooldown reduces by 0.1 seconds (0.2 seconds overall), effectively increasing his attack speed by 10%. Applies before Jake of All Trades's cooldown multiplier.
10	Starts with Mace Hand and Axe Foot for free when placed.

Strategy

Jake is primarily a support character that can slow down or immobilize any bloon, including the BAD, and reduce cooldowns of towers through his Be Calmed By My Saliva. Early on, before strong MOAB-Class bloons are encountered, he is primarily used for letting Finn purchase Bro Fist.

Once the player starts unlocking Impoppable, Jake slows down the BAD significantly through Butt Push, which helps the player have enough time for popping the BAD. Once he reaches level 5, his Be Calmed By My Saliva attack lets characters use their abilities more often. Be Calmed By My Saliva scales off attack speed, so having attack speed trinkets alongside Golden Viola on Jake is recommended so he can reduce cooldowns of towers more often. Note that although Mace Hand does not let him use his other attacks while using it, Butt Push still lasts long enough that it can maintain full uptime on a BAD, so unlocking level 10 Jake will not hurt the effectiveness of his slow.
