C4 Charlie: Difference between revisions

C4 Charlie is a simple damage-focused [[Character (BATTD)|character]] that focuses on clearing groups of weaker Bloons, at the cost of not being able to pop black Bloons and having [[MOAB-Class Bloon|MOAB-Class]] DPS that can be easily outclassed. Regardless, he has some support utility with the [[Signal Flare (BATTD)|Signal Flare]] [[Activated Ability]], which can strip [[Camo Bloon]] properties including on [[DDT (BATTD)|DDTs]].<gallery widths="100" heights="100" style="text-align:center">
