First Strike is commonly used to take down early ZOMGs, and sometimes for quick damage to a single BAD. It is easy to use if the strongest Bloon is a non-Fortified ZOMG, but harder versus a Fortified ZOMG. Microing First Strike is usually cheaper than a single ZOMG, but not at all useful against Tight blimp rushes.
