reload is the 18th level in Bloons Player Pack 1.
Solution
The best way to play this level is to throw medium-to-high power darts towards the Extra Dart Bloons so that they hit as many bloons as possible when they bounce off the Rubber Blocks. Since four of them are provided, if all are used, only six regular bloons have to be cleared.
