Stretch! is the 34th level of Level Pack 3 in the iOS version of Bloons.

Solution

Throw a low-power dart at one of the corners so it bounces off the Rubber Blocks, popping the leftmost and rightmost Bloons as it arches over the Light Sabre Bloon, then bounces off the Rubber Blocks on the other side so it pops the Light Sabre Bloon.
