Golden Egg Scrambler is a valuable method of preventing a single leak, in addition to a free utility to potentially get out of a tricky situation involving Bloon rushes in early rounds. Additionally, its single leak protection is enough to still retain No Lives Lost bonuses. The leak trigger via Dreadbloon or Blastapopoulos isn't useless, but 350 damage is minimal at higher Boss tiers.
