Alchermistman and Bloonacleboy is a hidden achievement in Bloons TD 6, introduced in version 12.0. It is unlocked by having an Alchemist's damage count reach 900,000 before round 100.
The achievement's name is a reference to Mermaid Man and Barnacle Boy, two characters from the television series SpongeBob SquarePants. The description is a line from the episode "Mermaid Man and Barnacle Boy IV," where SpongeBob has shrunk Squidward with Mermaid Man's belt, and Patrick says he can turn the "M" on the belt upside-down to reverse the effects.
