Monkey Stim is the COBRA's path 1 tier 3 upgrade in the mobile version of Bloons TD Battles. Each Monkey Stim placed reduces the cooldown of tower powers by 5 seconds, however the cooldown cannot be reduced below 15 seconds. This affect applies when the upgrade is bought so if the power has 5 seconds of cooldown left and you buy monkey stim the power's cooldown will still be reduced by 5.
