Caves Terrain is a type of Terrain in Bloons Monkey City. It is treated as a type of Special Terrain and is a variant of Mountain Terrain, but it does not have a Special Mission. When played on a tile, it has the same favoured and restricted towers as Mountain Terrain, but in the Flash version, it has its own favoured and restricted towers when played in My Tracks or Contested Territory (shown in the infobox).

Caves Terrain has only one track, which takes place inside a cavern that opens to a grassy field in the top-right. It has three entrances that join onto one path that exits through the mouth of the cave (though they are still treated as separate overlaid paths, as seen by the Bloons always returning to their original paths when blown back). Bloons that enter from bottom and right entrances go anticlockwise around the loop in the middle once before exiting, while the Bloons that enter from the left skip the loop.
Rewards
Caves Terrain tiles reward Bloonstones and extra City Cash. They do not have extra rewards when played from My Tracks.
In the Flash version, they are not affected by the Logistical Boots, but they do add extra City Cash per life remaining as normal. In the mobile version, they are affected by the Logistical Boots, but they do not give extra City Cash per life remaining.
Unused content
- The unique favoured and restricted towers are also defined in the mobile version, but are not used.
- In both the mobile version and Flash version, Caves Terrain also restricts the Heli Pilot from being used, but since the Heli Pilot doesn't exist in the Flash version, this cannot be seen.
