Gains a tracking device can detect hidden caches of intel. Finding intel unlocks stat increases for all Snipers in the team. Caches are worth more intel with more Keen Eye Snipers on the team.
Keen Eye is one of the Sniper Monkey's Tactical Path Upgrades in Bloons Blitz. This upgrade causes the Sniper Monkey to spawn hidden caches periodically around the map. Caches are normally invisible, but have small marks on the ground that indicate their position. The player can collect a cache by going within 5 meters of it, which adds 1 intel point to the team. Additional Sniper Monkeys with this upgrade do not spawn more caches, but increase the amount of intel earned by collecting caches by 1 each. This upgrade also grants the Sniper Monkey a tracking device that tells the player how close they are to the nearest cache: the indicator becomes larger, flashes faster, and turns redder the closer the player is to a cache.
Collecting intel unlocks buffs to all Sniper Monkeys in the player's team. Each buff requires more intel to unlock than the previous buff, though any excess intel from the previous buff (i.e., by collecting a cache and earning more intel than required for that buff) carries over. The Level 2 version of this upgrade reduces the amount of intel required for each buff by almost half in total. Caches stop spawning after the player unlocks all seven intel buffs.
